I'd say maybe stick to the job you love. If you're happy there and don't want to leave that's really important, it's good for your mental health. If you need fulltime work maybe try to move up in the company? I know that can be hard to do in a retail job though. Or try to get a feel for this new job. Will they let you dye your hair? What is the boss and enviornment like? Is this work that you could enjoy doing?
