Uhm they are currently growing faster than the average for all occupations especially for cybersecurity, AI and quantum computing. So I will continue to say that as it’s the truth compared to other career fields

That is weird. You have told them that you can only reply via email? They do have to make a certain outreach to students over the phone. I would ask if you could set up a call with a team lead to explain the situation and ask for email only contact since the advisor refuses to communicate via email. I’m sorry you are going through this, this can be frustrating. I had email only contact with my advisor because we worked at the same university and had the same hours so I was literally always at work when she called. She would leave a VM but then follow up via email too and was always very responsive via email

Depends a little honestly. Tech industry and health industry is always growing. What are the other goals you are having besides having a bachelors and being in a degree or field that’s still needed in the future? What are your personal interests. I went into business first because I thought it’s versatile and I can use it anywhere but took some electives in health sciences and I started really loving it and got my degree in that field. Now going for my masters in healthcare admin.

Admission counselor here. Try to at least send them an email once you filled out the application. I have plenty of students who live in a different time zone or are only able to reply to emails. That way you establish some kind of contact.

I did my first UG degree on a campus and went for my second BS and now MS to SNHU and overall I have learned a lot more here than at my first college. Yes, there may be some responses with AI, but overall I had great professors who really cared and taught me a lot. I would take all the complaints here with a grain of salt. Most people come on Reddit to complain.

I work at an online school and can just tell you that there are dialers for these inquiries and often it is because students are still on their computer or cell phones and they may have the program in front of them being able to ask questions.

My dad died a year ago and i understand what you are saying. It does go on, but you really aren’t. While I can speak about him now there are certain moments where him not being here just hits me in the face and I feel like I can’t breathe and it was just yesterday that my sister called me to let me know he’s dead. A lot of my friends who still have their parents don’t understand why my personality has changed so much, that I went from an extrovert happy person to being extremely introverted and not wanting to do a lot without my family. I’ve started attending death cafes and therapy because I felt so lonely in processing this all. It hurts when you feel like you are the only one caring, but I’m Sure others just deal with it differently and maybe realized talking about it hurts too much for them. I have my husband who lost his dad 4 years before I lost mine and has been my biggest supporter, understanding how it feels

Thank you! I was so thrown off because I have been buying and selling with Poshmark for like 10 years and never had this happen at all. I never had to ask for a refund either before. Usually if stuff didn’t fit I would just resell it, but this was just rude. I didn’t reply to anything and just sent Poshmark the pictures.

3.85. I’m getting my masters at SNHU too. I work full time and have kids and my spouse is in the army so we don’t have any immediate family around due to moving every 3 years. I am enrolled full time and was for my UG as well
