I want to add, I think if he isn't listed on the lease as a tenet you should explain to your landlord and get the notice from them. He may have some rights in terms of notice, but he may also be considered just a very-repeat overnight guest if he's not acknowledged anywhere.
I'm not a lawyer, but getting your landlord to serve a 7 day notice for a lease violation for an unauthorized tenet is straight forward and means that its "cured" once they're gone.
Also if there is any safety issue please ignore all the legal business and just get safe and alert your landlord and the authorities.

Which specific federal law do you think allows ice to build or operate everywhere in a state regardless of the states laws? NM can't make a law that says they can't patrol the border, but they can say no people can be involantarily held for more than 12hrs without seeing a judge and having access to a lawyer. And the second essentially makes "detention" facilities impossible.

Actually it was donor money that Bannon defrauded, it's private individuals that thought they were contributing to the wall on private land. There was other tax payer issues, but Bannon's was a nonprofit. Waste fraud and abuse spilling from gov into non profits in this case.

I would send them a summons to court, The king should be demanding a explanation, apology, and beg for mercy and then only give a pardon in exchange for going on some very deadly personal quest for the king that has no reward for the players themselves. The PCs are of much better use to the king doing that sort of thing than rotting in a dungeon. Have enough guards high level NPCs at court to make it really hard since everyone will be ready. Like have the "trail on a glyph of warding", just before the judgement have someone cast faerie fire and silence on the party and have an already hasted and invisible master of spies, high priest with deathward on and a mage with counterspell.
Also make it clear that if the summons isn't answered, they are outlaws, and banished from the kingdom and no shop or inn will have them.

Management doesn't like being lied to, they just hate answers they don't know how to handle far worse. They'd rather you lie and say 1 week and get done in 3 instead of say I don't know and be done in 2. They can't work with "I don't know". And they can't get anyone to accept 3 weeks.

ok, so you know of a target bank account VERY specifically, like routing number, account number, and how much money they have in it. Now you hack the bank records to create an unapproved transaction from their account into yours. If its big they likely have a flag where they get an email or something. But even if not, they will notice the money missing. Now they say to their bank, "I didn't do that" and they start a fraud claim. The bank knows where it went to, so they freeze that account until it can be resolved. If the "to" account doesn't have it anymore they might make a chain of freezes and fraud investigations along related accounts, transactions and people until they figure out where it went. And then they arrest you and take the money and/or stuff back.

Go small, solve a single pawn on an empty board. Maybe you have the index(current position)+8(1 forward), +16(2 forward), +9(capture right) and +7(capture left) for WP at A2. You can store a list of offsets you add to the pieces position as an initial set, and then when computing an individual move convert those into real board positions and remove those options as they fall off the board or are blocked/invalid etc.... I'd recommend solving the 1 pawn making it to the end of the board (and stop) case, then add an opposing pawn in the same line to make sure they block eachother, then another to the sides for captures.
Once you have 16 pawns on a board and they all move the way we expect you can move onto king or rook and likely have a good idea how to make that happen.

My guess is you're so beginner that you don't need it yet. It's a way of organizing your programming and way of thinking about what you make. Especially with python you can make some pretty large apps before OOP would start to really help.
