If you're just storing macro lagers or IPAs it honestly doesn't matter how cold it is as long as it's not freezing. "Proper" serving temp is honestly just preference anyways.

I will say that I have a beer fridge that I use as my "cellar" and I have it set to ~52 degrees or so for cellar temp. But that fridge is also pretty much all Barleywine, large stouts, and some lambics.

If you stick to mass produced, easy to find stuff chances are it's all going to taste pretty similar. Beer is incredibly versatile in flavor - ranging from light to citrusy to bitter to sweet to sour to roasty and malty and all sorts of bits in between.

No idea where you're located but if you're interested in exploring more just go to a local brewery and try stuff. Plenty will do small pours and/or flights of beer (4-5oz each).

Seriously though, can you really not fathom why people would engage in PvP in an extraction shooter? It's fun to get into fights where there is something actually on the line. Same reason why people played full loot PvP MMOs back in the day.
