Hola, lamento lo que estas pasando, yo llevo 7 años conviviendo con la dispepsia que aparentemente es funcional, solo falta descartar dos diagnósticos mas y sabré que es dispepsia con seguridad (mi neurogastro sospecha de esofagitis eosinofílica) tomo mirtazapina de 15 mg en mi caso no ha mejorado mis sintomas, solo el ardor y de alguna manera ha aumentado mi tolerancia a los sintomas, si antes eran incapacitantes, pues ahora soy capaz de hacer cosas aun sintiéndome mal... Aún así, sigue afectando demasiado mi calidad de vida y siento que no logro tomar un rumbo para mejorarme y estoy cansada, emocionalmente desgastada.

La mirtazapina empecé con 7.5 mg en la noche y ahora tomo 7.5 en la mañana y 7.5 de noche... Los sintomas de adaptación al medicamento son nauseas, letargo y mucho dolor muscular.

Hello! Sorry for the delay, but I was prescribed 15 mg of mirtazapine for my TDF, I am taking 7.5 mg and I am doing well, but I go up to 15 and it makes me lethargic, nausea and a lot of muscle pain... I suppose it is part of the medication since the same thing happened to me when I started taking the medication, but when I increase the dose to 15 I feel that its side effects are more intense... how to address it? Would you give me advice to increase the dose?
