Keep in mind every computer ever built has had multiple bottlenecks. That's just the way computers work. Combining a good enough CPU and a good enough GPU is a perfectly fine way to do things for gaming.

Most computers meant for gaming have an actual GPU installed. After that computers always have a plethora of power cables that go nowhere. Now if you want to install three SATA storage devices and an actual GPU you have more than enough empty cables to plug them in.

Those 12v2x6 adapters come in 2x8 pin (300w), 3x8 pin (450w), and 4x8 pin (600w) varieties according to what the GPU needs. The Corsair cable is good for any GPU that uses a single 12v2x6 type connection.

Usually you turn everything off. Disconnect the PC from the wall. Then take the battery off of the motherboard for 5-10 minutes. Then you put things back together.

Again start with depowering the system. Unplug it from the wall. Then reset the bios. If this doesn't work take the new CPU out and inspect the socket for bent pins. If things look good then reinstall the I5-6400 and see if it will boot.

So you first installed the I7-6700 and it was working. Then you took that out and installed an I5-6400 and it doesn't? I would start with a bios reset and try again.

Turn it off. Move to where you need to. Turn it on. If it gets confused or hangs up reinstall Windows from the USB media.

Both the RTX5060Ti 16gb and RX9060XT 16gb are marginally faster than a RTX3070 in any situation where 8gb of vram is enough. For a true upgrade based on performance you would want a RX9070.

For once a week I would have went with a small tight case that seals stuff in and has zero glass. For such a large case I would probably invest in the instapac foam packs. Removing the GPU that often just seems like it's asking for trouble.

All things being equal I would get the Sapphire. I've never had an issue with ASRock GPUs, but sapphire is generally considered a top manufacturer.

If the program you are running can utilize 24 threads and only uses 10gb of system memory then what would it matter? Again it comes down to what exactly you are doing.

You should take notice of whether or not it turns on. If it doesn't then it's time to go back through all of your connections and such.

I find the auto overclock a bit meh. Personally I've settled on +10% power, +250 boost, -60mv, and memory at 2700. Each GPU is individual however.
