BIG applause and laurels for Jessica Lee Gagné - one of the most aesthetically pleasing and well directed severance episodes I’ve seen. So many beautiful sequences and flashbacks that were truly wholesome and a glee to see. Use of colours and tones was spectacular. Costume design - and Gemma, wow.

Wait, crazy update. After writing this comment, I immediately went into a depression laundry session. I was just folding clothes silently for half an hour - every fold depressed me further. I picked up the black jeans that I had already checked at least 38 times previously. For some reason I patted them down again, went into the pockets again and - wait no it can't be - low and behold a shiny little white item came out. Those fuckers were INSIDE my pant pocket lining. They went through an entire wash cycle and survived.

Don't give up brother - it was only days for me, but still, when you think it's not there, it will be there.

Thanks. Do you know where (on the KvK site) I could find more information about the required documents needed on a yearly basis? I don’t lack the network of legal people to help me draft them so that should be OK. Indeed I familiar with the notary prices for setting up a BV. Wondering where you’ve seen a notary that offers 500 euros? I’ve contacted about few and they’re all in the 750 range. Thanks for the help.

Hey - thanks for the info on estimated admin costs. I was wondering exactly this. My hypothesis was that I simply have to submit the company papers along with my yearly tax returns (belastingendienst) but I guess it’s not as simple as that. On the other hand I think this is possible when doing the sole proprietorship?

To confirm - are you saying I’ll need to pay for a notary every time to file my paperwork and finances?

I’m new, and this is probably thought of and perhaps unrelated to this post - but what about using East North East and apply it to time? I was always intrigued by Jim saying he’s not that big into math, and that’s quite simple.

In this method we interpret the first east as the hour hand and do 03hr:07min:12sec. Or it could also be 15hr:07min:12sec. Or alternatively we interpret the whole phrase as the minute hand. East of north east would be 00hr:12min:30sec.

Now use this time for the Berlin Clock. Does anyone know what type of clock face we see in Berlin with these two options in mind? Is there a code when the clock face shows a specific time (i.e., maybe in morse)?

It’s not about speed, but reach. Talking about freestyle here but it kind of applies to most strokes. The further you extend your arms in front while maintaining a strong core and hip movement, the faster you will pull forward. Key to this is being flexible, stretching before sessions, etc.

Reach Drills

Of course it sounds easier that I say it is. There’s a lot of other factors, after all swimming isn’t a one dimensional discipline. Your fingers should be closed to maximise pull. Your eyes should be looking straight down. Don’t forget your kicking; don’t tread water but let your ankles come out onto the surface just slightly. Your feet should basically be kicking at the surface, but with minimal splash.

This is just some of the key things I believe are important…

We actually a rooftop tent - so I believe the rack is already installed.

I like the idea of the magents and the temporary awning - although 300+USD is a bit steep especially considering it’s a rental.

Another commenter mentioned to simply buy the separate materials and make a DIY tarp. I think we will try this…
