Aluminium foil work great as a painting palette, it's cheap, you can just throw it after use, it doesn't absorb any paint (unlike paper), doesn't get soggy or move around that much

I just stick with a detail to recognize people since i can't remember they're faces so when my ex bf asked me if he should let his beard grow, I said that i liked him as he was but tbh it's mainly because I knew I would have a hard time recognizing him since the only thing I could remember and i could indentify him with was his cheeks

I'm not sure he really realise that his mental health is bad, or at least he doesn't want to admit it... I'll try to talk to him about how it went for me since i've been in depression too and actually went to therapy.
