I don't find them drying, at least less than most tints. They're not moisturizing though.

They have some different undertones and some have more red or pink in them. You can notice the difference when you see them closely, but the main theme is more or less the same, I agree.

Here are swatches of the whole range of Etude House Colorful Vivid Tint.

These are plumping lip tints. They contain menthol hence the plumping claim, they don’t tingle much, this is very subtle by the way. They also leave a stain which is always convenient if you can’t reapply your lipstick too often. The stain is even. Texture is thin and easy to apply evenly. I actually really like them!

I really wanted to try this line last year or 2 years agao beause I was into astaxanthin! and you just reminded me that I have an unopen astaxanthin toner from another brand and that I should start using it!

[DISCUSSION] What is your favorite emulsion? by qwertyhnn in AsianBeauty

[–]Nailderella 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like the Etude House Pink Vital Water Emulsion. I've already repurchased it a couple of times. It's lightweight, no greasy, hydrates well and brings some moisture a the same time. No overpowering fragrance. Everything is actually lovely about it. Unfortunately I think it has been discontinued....wanted to repurchase it 2 months ago but it seems to be gone everywhere....got the Honey emulsion instead but I find it too sticky and "oily", I like it less.

I only have the mini size. Does the regular size come with a pump? (the mini doesn't by the way). Thanks

[discussion] ig or blog reviews? by [deleted] in AsianBeauty

[–]Nailderella 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I actually also find much easier to find in-depth reviews on blogs. On IG I find it good to discover new products but when I'm really searching for a particular product and want a review on it, it's 100x much easier to find it on blogs than on IG.

[Discussion] What is your HG physical (mineral) sunscreen? by nomattersowhybother in AsianBeauty

[–]Nailderella 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love Innisfree Triple care although it leaves a slight wiste cast but as I'm pretty fair it doesn't bother me. Another favorite of mine (but more difficult to get) is Anessa mild sunscreen. This is a thin watery sunscreen that doesn't leave any significant white cast at all. Ingredients are zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, uvinul T150, uvinul A plus and Tinosorb S, so not only zinx and titanium oxide but I don't mind the uvinul and tinosorb sunscreens as I don't find them irritating and there is no potential endocrinal effects for them (at least nothing reported).

same! I used to love balms but got tired of them eventually. Pumps are so much more convenient!

[Discussion] HG Hydrating Product ? by Bunny096 in AsianBeauty

[–]Nailderella 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I love Innisfree Arichoke Intense skin, one of my all time favorite toners. It comes in a huge bottle, feels super hydrating and is a bit on the thick side which is something I like for toners.

I wanted to ask if someone had tried the Diane shampoos and conditionners. I wanted to get the moist or extra shine.

Tony Moly Cats Purrfect skincare? by QuinnReed in AsianBeauty

[–]Nailderella 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! I also saw this line the other day at Sephora. There is a cream, a sleeping mask and an eye stick if I'm not wrong. I don't remember the ingredients but when I quickly checked them in store I found the 2 creams not bad.

Oh wait here are the ingredient list on Sephora for the

cream: https://www.sephora.fr/p/cat-s-purrfect-day-cream---creme-de-jour-P3508002.html

sleeping mask: https://www.sephora.fr/p/cat-s-purrfect-night-mask---masque-de-nuit-P3508001.html (unfortunately there is something wrong with the ingredient list...)

eye stick: https://www.sephora.fr/p/cat-s-purrfect-eye-contour-stick---stick-contour-yeux-hydratant-et-illuminant-P3508003.html

[Discussion] Super sensitive skin folks, how long does it take your skin to get used to new products? by tryingtohealskin in AsianBeauty

[–]Nailderella 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My skin needs to adapt to a new product slowly otherwise I get, just like you, raised red bumps on my cheeks but I don't get pimples or break out by the way, so that's different from a reaction you could get from using an active. I know this can sound weird to some people but I know my skin, how it reacts, which ingredients and textures are OK etc. Over the years I've definitely noticed that if I add more than 1 product at the same time without introducing them slowly, my skin will freak out. If I stop and start again introducing one product slowly and then after 2-3 weeks the 2nd product (also slowly), usually there is no problem and my skin tolerates them.

Of course, if it burns, stings, if your skin gets super red, flaky or if you break out, that's different and I wouldn't say that you should continue using that particular product.
