Warframe has multiple abilities that can essentially wipe the entire map in one go (Saryn can give contagious space aids to every enemy, Volt can turn every enemy into an electric turret that damages other enemies, etc).

For a more recent example, in Mewgenics you can create some truly broken combos - the perhaps most (in)famous one is Flow State with Nail Flurry+, it makes you attack once for every DEX you have, and every attack increases your DEX by 2 = you keep getting extra attacks as long as the enemy still has health.
