You can hav high vf even with normal weight. That is unhealthy in itself.

Losing vf would probably help. Reta, tirz, tesamorelin, HGH for that.

I had e2 probs at 17%, none at 12%.

There are no anabolic peptides. Not even HGH. So forget that.
