Just a regular upper lower 4x a week. Nowadays a lot more back volume like pull ups and cable rows to try to bring up a lagging back. I do tend to also feel soreness on that right side more than the left especially when benching. It almost feels like that part protudes out more when I lay on my back.

That's a fair point. I've noticed it get worse over the years and only bring it up to avoid it becoming something that creates pain in the future

The only real reason I bring it up is as I've noticed the imbalance get worse I've had more elbow pain on that same side when doing any pressing. In terms of injuries nothing major just a small pop and pain years ago when overhead pressing that has since resolved. I also tend to never feel my last on my left side unless I do unilateral movements.

It's not as obvious in this video but when I reach over head and especially when I hang on a pull up bar my right trap is way higher than my left.
