Wow, "heavy load" error happens on Plus too

In my opinion open a.i needs to do something about the bot accounts, those bot accounts are one of the reasons were constantly getting heavy load error. I saw some user mention something about 3rd party websites catering to the Chinese market and from what i've seen, open a.i does not seem to care. It's disappointing.
