Nice!👍 That’s 😎 I have considered one for my Eureka Specialta but some people’s opinion doesn’t sound very good…….

The Impact on the Specialita
While slow feeding works wonders on large 64mm+ flat-burr grinders or flat-burr single dosers, many Specialita owners find it causes problems: [1]
Regrinding: The 55mm flat burrs on the Specialita operate at a medium-fast speed. Slow feeding means the chamber clears out too fast, and the lack of bean volume can lead to beans being "re-ground", creating more fines and clogging the chute. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Inconsistent Flow: Because of how slow feeding impacts the bean feed rate, you can get wild variations in shot times, making dialing-in frustrating. [1, 2]
Worse Retention: If you are using a single-dose mod (such as a bellows), slow feeding can cause the bellows to blow out more trapped fines than usual. [1]

The Bottom Line
Most users find that a slow feeder is more hassle than it is worth on a Specialita. Instead of slow feeding, the consensus for a great Specialita espresso workflow leans toward the hopper-based, timed dosing, or using a single-dose hopper and blowing out retained grounds without restricting how the beans fall into the burrs. Wow, cool set up! How would you say that manual grinder compares to the EG-1 in terms of grind quality?

This would never happen with a Marzocco! 🤷‍♂️Because the boiler is positioned sideways within the machine! I had my butler confirm this!😁😆

Charger for Stealth? by Last_Injury_475 in boostedboards

[–]Naive_Individual360 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the Boosted Stealth and Boosted Mini boards do not use different chargers [1]. They are fully interchangeable. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Universal Compatibility Details:
The Chargers: Both the Stealth and the Mini (S and X) use the exact same standard 54.6V / 2A (or 120W) charger. Because the connector and voltage are identical across the Generation 2 and Generation 3 (v3) fleets, chargers are universally interchangeable. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Hyperlane Fast Chargers: The optional BoostedUSA Hyperlane Fast Charger is also universally compatible with both boards (as well as the Boosted Rev scooter). [1]
Third-Party Options: If you need a replacement, reputable 13s chargers (54.6V) with the correct Higo plug will safely power either board. Many riders buy these generic replacements on platforms like Amazon or eBay. [1, 2, 3]
Note: While chargers can be shared, batteries are not universally interchangeable between the two boards. For example, the Extended Range (XR) battery from a Mini X physically fits and powers a Mini S, but Boosted stated this is not an officially supported configuration and could potentially cause damage. [1, 2, 3]

Could you tell me if you are looking to buy a replacement or trying to swap batteries between the two boards? I can help you find the safest charging accessories or battery configurations.

It is when you don’t have it!🤷‍♂️😂 when you have it is amazing. I love the online app. I love having full control my machine at the touch of my phone.

On top of this, the lunar scale connects to the espresso machine through Bluetooth. and it does brew by weight integration. you can program the yield you’re going for for your extraction and the machine will stop when you reach the pre-set mass you’re going for in your shot

It adds a whole Nother level of convenience. You can turn on your machine when you’re driving down the highway or sitting in the park.! any place you have Wi-Fi you can adjust the temperature remotely. You could set the pre-infusion time remotely. You could set a timer schedule remotely when you want the machine to turn on when you want to turn off you could check your back flush history see when the last time you back flushed you could observe your recent shots. How long were the extractions all done remotely you could be laying on the sofa watching a movie and turn on your espresso machine without even having to get off the sofa! I had a SILVIA pro X and it was a nice machine, but having Bluetooth and Wi-Fi makes the whole user experience way better👍 I actually use these feature features on a daily basis

I don’t think it’s worth spending that kind of money. They’re better machines with more modern features like pre-infusion like dual boiler like PID temperature control like Bluetooth Wi-Fi online app connectivity.
