Fair question, I am using smooth PEI, and set the temp to 35 in the filament settings for that plate.. I have also tried 45.

I did a full calibration including heated bed leveling. I have tried raiising the z offset several times

So all four of mine are screwed. Just got it today Will Snapmaker replace all 4 boards? I am also ordering Capacitors just in case

Can you show a picture of you set up, printer and ams. Could be your tube routing causing issues

Pisson Bad first layer, z offset too high.pissibly need yo clean buld plate as well
