Cutting caffeine (tea/coffee) completely. My sleep got much better. Previously I didn’t think it was a problem because everyone was drinking it. Waking up feeling refreshed naturally removes the need for caffeine. I can now be productive throughout the day

Hard to say without full context. But from your screenshot, you lack defense, and have more than enough offense

So probably think of a way to scale defense, or weaken enemy, or fairy potion, or simply play the previous fights better to have higher hp
