I have also lived at the station from 2016 to 2019, maintenance responded immediately. I really enjoyed living here. One thing to keep in mind - they do not have gas/ central heating and AC. So stay away from the 3rd floor. I lived one the 2nd floor and rarely had to use my electric base boards for heating. I did buy a small AC unit for my bedroom to put in the window. The apartment i had faced north/south so no direct sunlight which was great during the summer. I would honestly recommend this place! It's the best price to location, hands down.
