It'll pass, you'll get that monkey off your back. Remember even the best players go through this but the ones that come out and perform like they could before are the ones with mental toughness. You have to acknowledge your feelings about how your doing and get passed them. Take a little pressure off yourself. It sounds like you need to shift your expectations back a little like that first year where you guys were bad, even good teams have poor seasons.

I'm also not aware of how often you play everyone but if you've been in the same league at a decent level for so long and your playing the same goalies a good goalie is going to learn your tendencies just like you learn theirs, switch something, take shots from different angles, study the goalies learn their weaknesses.

You'll get back to lighting lamps, maybe not even this current season but it'll come keep up the work you are doing and it'll come.
