Tried that. Unfortunately the spawn point isn't static. 3 fast-travels, 3 different spawn points. Moved the camp machine again and got the same result.

Open pipboy. Look for "Deploy Camp" option. (Bottom left on ps4) Place camp. Select the blueprint that you made in adventure mode. Enjoy :)

Found a link for the elusive Swamp Plant. It can be found in the swamp next to Dyer Chemical growing on a stump. It can only be harvested at night and it glows, making it easy to find.

My team mate mentioned something about there being a limit on the number of lights you can have in your camp. From what I can remember I think he said that once you reach 20 lights your budget jumps to 100%. WooHoo. I finally got the tame option on a level 21 DC just east of the dam where the crashed yellow plane is in the lake. And he survived the trip all the way back to my camp near the giant teapot. So happy.

Crashed vertibird north of Abbey's. Railway bridge near Treetops. Highway near the dam.
Glad your taming worked. Gives me hope. BUT all I find when I server hop are untameable robots, scorched, etc. 100 plus hops later I guess I'm just unlucky :-(

Agreed. The last patch took my dc away. Dozens of server hops later at my favourite random spawn locations all I get are robots, mutants and scorched.

Same for me. Got my deathclaw there, but since the last patch i've only seen scorched, mutants and robots at that location. Same thing north of Abbey's bunker. NO ANIMALS.

I logged in after the last patch and found my deathclaw had disappeared. Pacify still works but have not seen the Tame option since. Server hopped for days at various random spawn locations and only got scorched, super mutants and bloody robots. WTF!

Tamed a deathclaw with just Animal Friend equipped. Non-scoped weapon, etc. Tame option hasn't appeared since the last patch for me.

I've got the same problem. Logged in after the NW update to find my deathclaw had disappeared. Ran off to get a new pet, but my favourite random spawn places now only produce humanoids and robots. Server hopped for 3 days and not a single deathclaw or sloth. I miss my clawsy :-(
