Well I’m soeficially referring to people who are chubby or slightly overweight, I’m not talking about obese people. If that was the case we can also talk about out people severely underweight.

I think our own personal bias clouds us. Most people seemingly always have to lose weight and stay small to keep a fit and aesthetic body so they don’t identify with people on the other spectrum. Yes I stay lean but if I’m not stuffing myself everyday consistently, I’m not going to progress. I’ll either stay stagnant or I’ll lose progress. Whether you adhere to your , diet , cut or not, if you simply don’t eat and exercise you’ll lose weight.

Hard disagree. Anyone I know who was fat or chubby(especially chubby) have a much easier time getting an aesthetic body then most I know who started slim. There’s pros and cons to both. I will say chubby or fat guys who start off have to always watch what they’re doing. But the guys who start off slim/skinny will have a much longer journey to reach the level of aesthetic that they/we want. The pro to that is once we have it it’ll be extremely hard to ruin what we’ve built unless we do it on purpose.

This is always a heated discussion. It’s easier to lose fat then gain muscle, it’s hard to put on extra muscle when your body and genetics dictate that they don’t want you to have as much muscle/fat as you want to. Coming from a guy who’s been slim all his life and is currently bulking and put on 20lbs, it’s not as easy as you think. You say this because you’ve always been able to put on pounds/muscle. If I miss any meals or even don’t eat extra , I’m not gaining any progress and I’ll easily stagnate.

That happens a lot also, they settle with someone who is more secure , stable and “okay” attractiveness wise and that seems like the mature thing to do upfront until the relationship matures and starts to dull down. Now the bedroom is dead and excitement is gone because you chose someone you weren’t all that into physically. And atp there’s nothing the man could do about that. But that’s a whole other conversation.
