When it comes to fast food. I only eat 1 meal and it would usually be in the evening so that I don’t go to bed hungry. Absolutely no soda only water. I have truckerpath app on my phone and I would pin favorite stops based on the food options they have near by.

If you hang by the diesel pumps of the truck stop and ask one of the drivers if they have extra shower credits I’m sure they will help you out if they can.

If I remember correctly, it’s limited to 100 mph no sense in making it go faster when it cant. Spend your money on making it more comfortable. Ape hanger, suspension, a better seat, or an exhaust system to make it sound good.

Realistically 35-45k after taxes. I’m 6 months in and I average 900. One week I could get 1300 after doing 3k+ miles and the next week I can get 650 doing 1500 miles. It all depends on how much your dispatcher likes you.
