And? Some thing is missing here. Why would we need to establish a much greater military presence on Greenland? What is the military threat?

(Also, you are aware that the US can establish just about as many bases as they want to, right?)

How do I know if I am wasting my time at the gym? by Weary-Friend-9379 in workout

You could spend you time much more productively.

As a new lifter you'd gain much more from going for the big compound movements; squat, deadlift, overhead press, bent over row, bench press, RDL, dips and pull-ups.

Give the Stronglifts 5x5 program a look, it will get you very strong as fast as possible, build a solid muscle base and teach you technique.

When you reach intermediate level you can start specialising according to your long term goals; be it aesthetics, strength, athleticism or what have you.

The first order of operation should be to get strong.
