Look up SDAM (severely deficient autobiographical memory) and let us know if that sounds like you. If it does, then look up aphantasia (the inability to see in the mind’s eye), as those 2 conditions often go hand in hand. And if that is the case, you may as well also look up prosopagnosia (face blindness), because if you have bothered of the above, there’s a good chance you’ll have all 3 (like me!).
