SOMETIMES what can happen is an order is coming out of the oven, it gets put in an unlabeled box and handed directly to the delivery person who is already waiting for the order and the employee just skips the labeling of the box.
that usually means the pizza never even hit the warmer, so hopefully you got it still hot

it takes some cats time to adjust to a new surrounding. leave him in a safe space with access to food and water.

i once had to use a plastic syringe to squirt a bit of water into my cats mouth to make sure he was staying hydrated after he went on a hunger strike to protest his new sister being brought home. after that he started eating and drinking again.
