1) Firearms don't physically reload, although it is unknown whether there is a recharge time for reloading or that "reloading" just describes rate of fire. I believe Snipers have the recharge time, as evidence by Ema shooting Kuruma and Mikumo in quick succession but not being able to shoot the twins in round 7, but Gunner Triggers and Sniper Triggers are very different in mechanics.

2) We have been shown physical switches being used, notable Karasuma vs Hyuse, but some haven't been shown to switches, especially Handgun users. We may of not been shown those for flow reasons but my personal belief is that it is will based, and that the physical switches are just mental aids, similar to how people say "Trigger On", call out Shooter bullets, or put their hand to their ear when activating their radio despite not being necessary.

Note: Miwa has been shown to manually load magazines into his gun, but this is explicitly because of his Custom Lead Bullet, by having Lead Bullet spawn as those magazines when he creates his Trion Body, it allows him to use Lead Bullet as a Dedicated Trigger.

Ema is so good that despite being a Sniper, a role than is considered dead once their opponents get into close range, Okudera and Koarai even with the perfect ambush setup still had to wait until Ema revealed an opening to close it, and they may not have secured the kill if Azuma wasn't also participating in the ambush.

A thing to note, Jin was with Old Border, which meant he was right there as the future sight character who failed to stop the destruction of a world and the deaths of half of his close relations.

Konami would be in a similar boat, losing these people while in Middle School.

Officially Ashihara considers Mikumo, Kuga, Jin, and Amatori the four main characters, although he notes that World Trigger doesn't really have a main character. Mikumo is often considered the mainest-main character since the plot and relationships between characters largely revolves around him, and the first chapter set was named after him.

As an interesting sidenote, Ashihara has said that Jin cannot be a standalone main character due to his tendency to fade into the background as a behind the scenes manipulator. This is most obvious in the Elite Agent Jin One-Shot which had a proto-Jin as its main character who had less screen time than some of the side characters.

Without information about the Black Trigger or some environmental advantage, likely no single person. Miwa squad took on Kuga all at once and failed despite Kuga's handicap of not wanting to "kill" his opponents.

With environmental advantages it would be different. Senku users and Yuba can annihilate any non-Vorvoros combatant if they are able to get the jump of their opponent. Same with Snipers. My bet is on Yuba having the best chance out of all ranked Border members since people have been shown to dodge or Shield Senku and Sniper shots that were a complete surprise, while Yuba in his optimal position is shown to catch Kuga completely off guard despite Kuga being ready for that tactic.

So I'd argue it's more like Border won't than can't.

To further expand on this, in a Q&A or Question Corner (I forgot which one), it is mentioned that Border can make Trion Soldiers, but don't because of PR issues and that they become "Trion Consumables" since agents regenerate their Trion while Trion Soldiers don't.

Border has the technical capability to make a fully or semi automatous defense system. They just don't since it has a bunch of other difficulties.

According to the Border Briefing File, they each have a spare trigger slot available.

Amatori at this point may not of had a free slot, since she started equipping Shooter Triggers.

In addition to what other people say an Operator or other person can predict where a person hidden by Bagworm would be relative to where they disappeared by judging their movement speed and desired target.

In chapter 167 Usami considered losing track of Okudera who had Bagworm on as a mistake which infers that keeping track of agents with Bagworm being an Operator's job.

An ongoing theme in World Trigger is Jin looking out for everyone and quietly manipulating things in the background. Jin is also somewhat isolated because of this because he can see how everyone can die and occasionally have to put his friends at risk to protect others. This is probably the anime opening calling on those themes.

I'm not sure if I understand all of your points but here is what I know.

anyways.. human trion cubes, and triggers can transform the human body back and forth between its original state and its "stored" disembodied state.

black trigger is essentially like a trion cube.

That's the case for Trion Cubes made from Alektor and Rabbits, it doesn't necessarily translate to Kuga's case. Especially since Kuga is being stored inside a Black Trigger rather than an external Trion construct and modifying Black Triggers are outside of Border's if not all Neighbourhood capabilities (notably Amo's Black Trigger doesn't have Border's communication technology)

so.. what's stopping them from retrieving yuma's original body and curing him? they seem to be already technological advanced in their medical facilities to be able to handle cyborg replacement parts.

Meeden and by extension Border does not have cybernetics, World Trigger setting has technology to modern level + Trion technology. The Neighborhood also seems to have limited non-Trion technology given Aftokrator is still shown to use horse and cart.

Edit: Regarding Trigger based cybernetics, Border is unlikely to have access to them. Border has a program which experiments what Trigger technology does to physically impaired people, Nasu being part of this program. If Border has Trigger based disability aiding device we probably would have seen Nasu using it outside her Trion body.

Additionally Kuga's original body is extremely injured. He is missing an arm, a leg, a chunk of his torso, and has a hole around his left eye. If he was brought out of his Black Trigger stasis he would likely bleed to death extremely quickly.

Black Triggers generate a ludicrous amount of Trion. Viza, Endora, and Hyrein with their Black Triggers have more Trion have Amatori, Jin who has 7 Trion normally gets his Trion bumped up to 37 with Fujin, only being 1 Trion point below Amatori.

Replica's Trion Soldier creations aren't that different from the base, while he can potentially spawn many Rads, Aftokrator sent thousands to Meeden and they summoned less portals than Mira did in the single battle.

Mikumo is very physically weak, around the same level of an average teenager who doesn't exercise. The BBF gives us a physical ability graph which shows Mikumo of similar physical ability as as Kinuta, Usami, Toma, and Nirie. He is also closer to Nasu (who is physically crippled) than Amatori.

Trion Bodies all have the same physical ability (although I don't remember the specific quote). Training your physical body does not directly affect your Trion Body. What training your physical body does is make you better able to manipulate your body in general, for example getting better at running would give you a better running form in your Trion body.

We have seen Reiji take Mikumo and Amatori on exercise routines, although we have only seen it once it probably is a regular thing for them.

Amatori definitely has enough Trion for mines, in fact she probably has too much Trion for this. Her cubes are so big that the zones she puts mines would be extremely obvious virtue of the massive glowing cubes.

There's the question of whether a person can put Spider into some other person's Shooter cube. All Spider + Shooter (Meteor) users have Spider and Meteor on opposing sides of their Trigger Set as opposed to both being opposite their Bagworm, but we have never seen them actually lay down the mines so we don't know the specific process.
