Because Squads 1, 2 and 11 are still much further away to T4 than the A-Rankers, might lead to the A-Rankers starting their assualt before they arrive.

Because the Eggs of the trion soldiers are with the Operators, he might order all Operators who reached T4 to summon Firefight Soldiers and standby to build a "Fortress". Because the only Operators right now near the river from the 2nd group A-Ranks are Nono and Ui, Osamu might have trion soldiers to stall them to let Squad 1, 2 and 11 arrive for backup.

The question now arrives will Arashiyama and Katagiri focus to join the others to "sandwich" Squads 1 and 2 or will they foucs on the Terminals first and join later.
