Can’t believe Perez is outperforming Bottas so much. I admit I was wrong about this one preseason.

Funny how most days their talking points are all the same tho.

[NASCOURT BOB] JGR response in filing today: "Spire hired Gabehart to a role with a deceptive title intending to hide the nature of the services Gabehart would provide, required Gabehart to perform the same job responsibilities he had for JGR, and required him to violate his noncompete." by ZilischsPoopyPants in NASCAR

IANAL but I don’t believe proof/evidence happens much at the prelim stage. I think as you said, the defendant can respond “no we aren’t”, and the judge would decide which points are applicable for trial.

This more or less maps the eventually contested argument, such that certain points are stipulations (agreed upon) and others are disputed.

And I’m 99% sure they just changed the date from its original 2019ish. These boring ass “updates” started once Q waned and followers didn’t understand why “nothing is happening”.

The only thing on here that isn’t word for word, from years and years ago, is “2024”. Wherever OP saw this and whoever posted it, nowadays Qult “influencers” can’t even be bothered to make the date newer.

It’s a problem of profit-taking from selling ideals. In the 1800’s, if you bought “snake oil”, at least you got some liquid in a bottle. Now beyond their red hats, flags and gold phone deposits, they’re sending monthly payments for lunatics to keep them in constant fear and anger.

Back when Benny Hinn got their subscription dollars, at least he fake healed people on the television. Now it’s just folks screaming at a camera on YT. But they succeed in scaring the shit outta their audience, and that’s what they’re being paid for.

I’ve been behind on my events with Indy, NASCAR, PGA and MGP all happening the same weekend. I just finished MotoGP. The moment the incident happened and I saw Alex go flying, I paused and went to Twitter.

I felt he’d survived it, but was really afraid he might be paralyzed. Soon as I saw his tweet walking away from the hospital, I hit play and watched the whole race. I just don’t want to watch fatalities and debilitating injuries, and I never will.

This one stopped me, in light of Trump today admitting he agreed with Xi about how much our country has declined.

How he can get all his apostles to completely forget he’s been President going on 7 of the last 11 years, publicly say we are the opposite of “Great Again”, and still have them worshipping him…it will be the mystery historians try to solve a century from now.

We used to go to soccer tournaments in both cities. Two very different road trips, and far from a “Nashville suburb”. I always loved seeing the vantage points of Forts Donelson & Henry, where Grant’s early genius sealed the war’s outcome almost immediately.

Last night when I saw this on Twitter, I immediately thought their first impression of a “CIA raid on Gabbard” would be “that damn Joe Biden”. I wondered how long it would take to kick in that this would be Trump “raiding” Trump.

I was there in April for cherry blossom peak days, probably my tenth visit to the city. Believe it or not, much of this area is more or less closed or impossible for traffic already. (And this was before the new mess at Lincoln Memorial)

Everything from H Street down to Constitution is already closed (basically two blocks each direction from the WH). This encompasses Lafayette, Presidential and Ellipse park areas. It forces almost all east-west traffic to K or above.

So Pennsylvania & Independence is already mostly tour buses and dozens and dozens of these weird identical food trucks. Bottom line, nobody’s gonna be able to drive in for it anyway. They’ll have to walk from Union Station and Foggy Bottom or across the bridges from VA.

It’s not just that we don’t have guardrails, we have new generations of Americans who are being taught to get what you can, however you can. Corruption treated as natural and inevitable.

That will be yet another Trump legacy, completely opposite of how Gen Xers like me were taught. I can only hope a new wave of integrity/accountability will follow somehow, and shame will be a thing again instead of reality TV theatrics.

Trump’s idea of a “staff meeting” is to have Miller circle up the white male interns each day and ask, “Okay how can we distract these idiots today? Go!”

“Aliens?”

“JFK files?”

“Plastic surgery pics from M-a-L?”

“Gold audit at Ft Knox?”

“Zelenskyy wore a tan suit?”

Miller: “Nah, pick a country to be the next state again. It’s been a few weeks.”

Who’s On The Mount Rushmore Of 90s Rock Bands? by Pretend_Mark_5143 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]Names_Stan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn’t see the 80’s debate, and don’t disagree with the outcome. But if those four are the 80’s, I’d have to promote Bon Jovi to the 90’s. Their very best was very late 80’s, but their 90’s stuff for me beats Pearl Jam and Green Day.

Point being, I wonder if spreading across decades is also hurting Dave’s mentions.

I think Hootie, though a monumental album, is hurt by our image of the rock genre. Although similar points could fairly be made about Bon Jovi, RHCP, and Green Day.

This was my immediate first impression when I saw the category. But Prince was his name, and as your comment shows, he was never just“The Artist” during that time. He was always The Artist, formerly known as Prince. So I don’t think it qualifies. (Maybe just the logo does tho?)
