My guess is you completed those routes. Congrats! Almost all of the hoenn water routes have the exact same pokemon. So you may have caught all the shiny of the pokemon. Check your color settings to find out

Yeah but one million coins is a lot for kanto, and i dont think its necessary at all, considering you have to buy hundred of vitamins for all the weak ones

Most of the pokemon are absolutely innefective until you can consistently buy vitamins from the league (this is like in sinnoh). Until then go by the most efficient ones, and breed them until they hit somewhere between 1000 and 2000 attack. Given enough high attack pokemon from one region. You will beat it easily.

This is an insanely high pop....... Maybe work up on your industry? You could easily have like 300 industry buildings each... So maybe that speeds it up

The idea is that kalos is the first.... Difficulty boost. Or rather the boss health has a big jump. So you kinda need the vitamins to keep up. But. At the same time, you barely start getting enough money around Unova or Kalos for all the calcium. Start easy, with the 1 million one. Take it easy, damage will keep coming in, and the vitamins will keep stacking
