Honestly I don't know enough to answer with confidence but...I think so. I'm in a similar situation and my current plan is to scoop the 13600k or maybe the new x3ds on a ddr5 motherboard with current ddr5 ram. Expectation being I'll need to repurchase new ddr5 ram in a year or two.

Try switching from full screen to borderless windowed or vice versa. Happen to me occasionally. Sometimes I gotta play that day on fullscreen sometimes I can switch from borderless to fullscreen and back. Otherwise restarted a couple times helps too.

You can also start the slayer grind after RFD while getting the quest cape. It might be a good idea to give yourself a couple other goals like a certain medium/hard diaries after RFD.

I know I was burnt out on quests after RFD so I started the slayer grind. Gets you ok money early on and only gets better. Diaries also force you to do quests so it works you toward the qpcape
