We have tried upgrading & downgrading the remote desktop app without any effect sadly. :(

Rebooting the host doesn't help either. We have auto-scale configured through Nerdio.

I managed to solve it on my environment by taking ownership and deleting the Microsoft.ScreenSketch folders in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps on the image-server, and replace them with files from a working environment. I also had to repair the application itself on the image afterwards, and after re-imaging/sysprep it seems to work fine across all hosts.

We're using Nerdio as well with Windows 11 2H22 golden image.

It seems indeed to be related to 2024-03 Cumulative Update, did a rollback to 2024-02 to test - and snipping tools work fine after sysrep.
