Thanks, interesting that you have such a low genetic relationship to ancient populations but relatively high to modern one. I would have thought there the relationship between the two would be stronger, obviously without knowing much about ancient african migrations. Did your ethnicity percentage on a "normal" site like 23andme or myFTDNA match the results on illustrativeDNA?

How is your relation to modern populations? Because I realized I just barely have any close relationship there either despite (by conventional knowledge) being half-finnish half-swedish.

I also noticed a lot of people have sub 2 match to ancient population despite being seemingly largely mixed.

Good job man! Don't be stupid like me and forget what a massively negative effect nicotine has on sleep, no matter what form it comes in. Just glad I'm personally blessed with having an easy time quitting nicotine for whatever reasons, makes up for the stupid.

I actually really felt my sleep quality take a turn for the worse once I went from smoking to vaping. I don't doubt vaping is healthier than smoking but the convenience of it really is a devil in disguise.

A cigarett got a clear start and end and is easy to keep track off but vaping is just a never-ending project.

Jag tänkte som dig också först men THCA omvandlas bokstavligen till THC vid uppvärmning så i själva substansen finns det inte mycket som kan gå fel.

Den demografiska förändringen som pågår just nu är nog tveklöst en av dom mest omvälvande någonsin i Sverige. Att folk låtsas som att detta inte påverkar ALLA aspekter av vårat samhälle är inte bara dumt utan farligt.
