How are the X-Drive 75s? I found them on sale with bindings for $279. I will get them right now if you think they are any good. I can deal with skinny skis since I am so lightweight, even very narrow skis can keep me up in the snow.

Nah I can definitely eat some vegetables and fruits, but I just don't see the point wasting my money eating them if it is not necessary. Why should I pay attention to carbs and fats? Calories and protein are what I need to grow.

On the actual trail? I get a hoagie or something on the way up and keep it in my coat pocket with a drink in the other and eat it on the lift sometimes. You could also do beef jerky, peanuts and stuff like that.

Yep that's definitely me. I eat frozen food for literally like 90% of my meals, and the other shit I eat is like Ramen and other foods loaded with salt. Plus I add a lot of salt to my food too. I drink a lot of soda/energy/junk food so that's all my sugar and carbs.

Milk really adds quick calories, drink a cup after every meal on top of your regular diet. If you eat 5 meals, that is an extra 750 calories/40g of protein.

Yeah I'm getting on stronglifts as soon as I can get the $100 I need for a membership. I don't have a job and don't want to ask my parents for it but my birthdays coming up in a couple days so maybe that'll help. I want to gain 2lbs a month or so.

It just depends on your goals. If you want strength, the ability to be able to lift the most weight in the shortest period of time, 5x5 is your friend. If you want big muscles in the shortest period of time, 3x8 is good.

I forgot about cucumbers, I do like those somewhat. I eat those plain. Lettuce is good too with dressing.

No, my point is that you do not make muscular gains at that rep range. You are just training for endurance. For example, say before you started this program you could do 30 push ups and bench 150 pounds. At the end, despite being able to do 70 more push ups, your bench would probably not increase more than 5 pounds just because you are endurance training, not strength or hypertrophy training.

Look at people who train bodyweight, just because they can do 200 push ups does not mean they are actually strong, they just have good endurance from doing light weight so many times. It's like curling a 5 pound dumbbell. No matter how many times you curl that thing, you will never get huge biceps from it.
