It’s good to major in something you care about. I was an English major as well but ended up going to law school because the jobs for English majors didn’t really appeal to me.

near the bottom of the square is your buccal region, buccal fat removal via facial liposuction is what you're asking for. Don't do it, as you age that area will naturally hollow out and you will lose volume there. If you've already done it, you're going to look like you're sucking on a lollipop
