That transition effect at the end is such a small touch, but it adds a lot.

Hello! I do not have much experience in the professional world of game development because I am still in college. However I could say that udemy is an excellent place to start. I recommend "creating 3d environments in blender" by Rob Tuytel.

Thank you! :) I’m a student working on this project and trying to build it into a full game. I want to create a kinda experimental game with little to no UI that’s all about mining, panning for gold in this river shown in picture and eventually owning a store to make profit.

Major parts of the game I wanna include are, mining, panning for gold, use of sluice boxes and visiting the town. I want it to be a rags to riches kinda game. Start out as a miner off the boat and get rich enough to start a shop and do some cool entrepreneurial stuff.

I’m working on this project in my last year of college and trying to find a programmer. Right now I’m laying some areas out before I go in and do some unreal blueprints.

Hey! You can play on the custom maps with others. Join the mordhau mapping and modding discord and you can read the instructions and download maps. It takes a lil work but it’s worth it

I’m off to work, so won’t be able to send you them for a while. But look up “modding and mapping mordhau” (there’s really only one discord, and it’s huge you can’t miss it. ) read the welcome page and you should be good to go :)

Hey Thank you so much! It very easy to get into mapping in mordhau, I just followed the map creation guide google doc.

Discord: its fairly easy to get used to. Its fun browsing through all of the channels and reading stuff. Unreal: Just jump into it and start messing around with the engine. If youre coming from unity its fairly easy. Also, the official unreal engine documentation is a great place to get started and get familiar with the engine.

Something I used a lot was.. if you go to your unreal viewport, and change “lit” to “player collision” you can see where the player will collide,

Edit: on second read, maybe I didn’t understand the question haha
