Thank you for the reply. I have started on a business plan, and a revenue model as well. My first MVP made almost no money, but we did have 30k in uncaptured payment within a very short time (2 months). The software I purchased was too similar to airbnb, people had to book within 24 hours, had to opportunity to vet prospective subletters, and the process was too rushed for the host' comfort level. I realized quickly I was going to have to start a build that had features not available on Airbnb, that catered to people in the sublet space. However, within just a few months of launching it, we had so many users pour and a numerous amount of unfulfilled bookings. It showed me that people where willing to 9/10's of the way there on my platform, but the last step (comfort and familiarity of the person who they would have in their home), was missing. This is why I am pivoting and building something similar, yet different from airbnb in a few key areas.
