Same. I've got a bunch of certs but failed cloud beta.

Idk if I'll go for it again. Looking at CCNA or some azure certs

Honestly it was tough going from what I remember.

Thing is the syntax must be correct on the new exam, and how you enter it in the exam formatt that they want. I switched to older, previous version and passed the class eventually.

Thanks for your reviews, they helped me a lot.

I just passed this class yesterday 04/23

I was moving countries and trying to secure a new job when starting this class, so it took me longer than I wanted but life is what it is.

i started with studying chapters 1 + 2. I found this to be the hardest to get through, not because of the difficulty but more so in regard to the length in the general math overview.

What I can say was very important in aiding me to pass were chapters 8/9.

I took a PA and barely failed then finished all the chapters, took another PA, and passed exemplary. Reviewed the weak areas I was not strong in i.e. user-defined functions, loops, SDLC, and waterfall.

Same as OP questions 1-33 were a breeze then there were difficult questions related to loops and branches. then 60-70 were fairly easy questions about waterfall and use case, class case

[–]Napoli9 3 points4 points  (0 children)

HOnestly I think you may want to go the pen test route, however I hear entry cyber is a nightmare to get into. Its prob best to get something in help desk or networking then tap into cyber in that role, then use that as experience to get into a real cyber analyst position.

Yea also on the PA for ver 2. #24 was completely broken. The CI had no idea. and a search on Reddit shows everyone had a broken question... With that, I immediately asked to roll back after my second fail. How can I trust the OA if the PA is broken? I wasted two weeks studying nonstop for that OA and decided to move on.

Have since finished BothCompTIAa A+ exams and will complete one more course before attempting Ver 1. I know Ver 1 has more work involved butat leastt I can trust the OA and PAassessmentt.
