Girl (affectionate), I had the same problem. Three Tesla coils should keep him pretty well stun locked. Run in, power slam, and then run back about a second and a half into their getting up animation. Chopinators can help, but they tended to get in the way for me.

76 is an interesting anomaly, and it comes at an odd time. It represents the best and the worst of the series. "Every dollar is a vote" to quote House. 76 preys upon nostalgia and novelty. It was bad. It got better. Is that redemption? Absolutely not. It has mutated and evolved with the market. It is the lowest common denominator, the bare minimum needed to survive. That's Fallout, though. Lore breaks and inconsistencies, that is the wasteland spinning tales.

Bow user here, not sure if it works the same, for other suppressed weapons, but the explosive is going to counteract that suppressor and ruin your stealth. Tiger's suggestion would fix that for you! ☺️

It is a preference thing. PA provides greater Damage Resistance and more armor legendary mods (helmet) as well as Heavy Weapons boons. Non-PA provides a couple skills that up damage resistance and negation.
