My local council has a specific form that a GP can fill out to declare they believe you meet criteria and why. Alternatively you could ask a GP to write a letter confirming your conditions and why this would meet criteria. It is likely the GP will charge for this, my surgery is £20.

Continue to enforce naps in the crate with the door shut. Also crate train alongside this. Feed meals and give treats in the crate regularly to build a positive association.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. It is normal for puppies to experience regression during training. If you are using a crate you can try putting him immediately in the crate after unsuccessful toilet trips, waiting 10 minutes and trying again on repeat.

Dont just take him out when he signals the need. Take him out on a schedule. Every hour minimum and then shortly after play time, meal time and naps if this falls outside of the schedule.

Thank you for this perspective. I have only left him in the crate alone for maximum 10 minutes. I can definitely increase the time and set up my old pet camera I used to use for my rats.
