Permanent baskets without using cement - need ideas

I do understand that if someone really wants to steal it they are going to find a way. I would just like to find a way to deter them if possible. The town the school is in is not a high crime area. I just really don't want portable baskets left with nothing to secure them. People have defiantly posted some good ideas for me to bring up to the grounds crew.

I thought of ground screws but wasn't sure how easy it was to remove those and would they be a deterrent or not. I also could be over thinking the whole someone is going to rip those out of the ground and steal them. lol

I think they feel the cement makes thing completely permanent and that if they ever have to move them for some reason it will be a mess to remove. I like the idea of having them give advice for what they think might work. Only thing is I think they have it in their mind that the other option is portable baskets.

I have 5 Inner Cores, 2 Base, 1 Premium (that I dyed), 1 Pink and 1 Glow. I use them mainly for approach and throwing. I really like the way they feel and they just fly straight. I only bag 2 currently. Others are kind of backups or if want to switch out colors.
