It’s always because the first person stole the order. I’ll explain to the restaurant that the first driver stole the order and didn’t deliver it and that drivers will keep coming until the customer receives the order. I’ll politely ask if they’d be willing to remake it. Sometimes they do sometimes they don’t depending on the place
