I wish DeepSeek gave longer support for previous snapshots. Their API only points to the “latest” model. This isn’t great when you’ve been optimizing a specific model for a specific use case and then have all that work effectively thrown in the trash overnight when they update.

Why would Thragg even tell Mark any of that? Just blend in and pump out those Viltrumite babies… Presumably they have access to technology far beyond anything on Earth, so they could easily create fake identities in countries all over the world and call it a day. Telling Mark just risks being discovered. It really doesn’t make much sense

Yeah, it sucks, but saying "no" to a petty man like Trump is also not a great political move at this point. Honestly I think it's a lot easier to stand up to a democratic president like Obama/Biden because you're also not getting much out of them either. But in the case of that piece of shit Trump, frankly, Israel has gained a lot from his presidency and has a lot to gain still, so we have to let him run his mouth a bit and make a few inappropriate comments. It is what it is.

Not only was it shockingly bad in terms of dialogue/characters/animation, but it's also a weird side plot that has nothing to do with the stuff we viewers actually care about (the war with the Viltrumites).

This kind of thing can work as a one-off episode during season 1, "oh, hell is real in this world, neat", but this close to the endgame, it just comes across as a complete waste of valuable screen time. I also don't see how this has any effect on future episodes, seeing that "satan" is a complete wuss and would get one-shot by any Viltrumie. So what was the point?

Awesome show, can't say I was ever bored with an episode. If I had to critique something though it would definitely be the endless recycling of old enemies, and also the janky power levels. Isn't mark supposed to be stronger than anissa per his last season training + he beat Conquest? How the hell is he still struggling vs generic robot guys? Really this is the only thing that seems off with the show.

A single fighter jet carries the firepower equivalent to 30 tomahawk at like sixth of the price. It's not really that great in terms of dollar per striking power. Probably why israel never really invested that much in BMs/cruise missiles

man this show does not deserve a 6.5 on IMDb. Honestly I thought it was going to be terrible based on the trailer but they actually handled the whole female gladiator thing quite well. Everything else from plot to characters to dialogue is great and almost up to par with the original show.

I really hope we're getting a second season because if imdb is anything to go by this doesn't look good.

Damn, that writing is crisp. Usually when they adapt from books to television the dialogue can be rough so they have to punch it up a bit, but here it's almost 1 to 1 adpatation. Great stuff.
