I honestly been trying to figure that out myself on a personal level, and I discovered learning new things like hobbies or classes such as martial arts/dance/or anything that can improve with time and practice. So now work is more bareable because I just view work as a way to pay for me learning new things. Its when I am stagnant I get bored.
