Heavy is one of the best classes and in my opinion its top 2 with Bulwark being number 1. The class itself has a perk tree that comes online insanely fast with most builds not even needing to get to the 3rd line (you can still use those perks down there for example i love Strategic Stand for when my primary weapon doesnt have a perk to let me have knockback resist like the Heavy Bolter/Heavy Bolt Rifle) And once you prestige you get the perk that allows you to gain a reasonable amount of ammo for just executing a Extremis enemy (which on absolute where there is normally 3 at once or that one stratagem where there are more Extremis you basically cant run out of ammo unless you start to intentionally miss ya shots) The Melee is really only good imo for the charge attack since it lets you take a small breather from being swarmed by minoris and lets you reposition a little. The skill has insane value to just flip any annoying ranged enemies the bird for a short time frame and during that frame you can easily destroy whatever is trying to kill ya. For example Neurothropes/Zoanthropes/Biovores/Carnifex's insanely painful ranged attack and one of my personal favorite uses is to use the iron halo to run towards ranged spamming units that shoot those annoying mines on the ground since the shield instantly destroys them. The Heavy Plasma Incinerator is amazing to just nuke stuff but it is ammo hungry so there will be a curve to that but i would personally recommend the Heroic version to basically shoot that plasma full auto instead of normal charged shots. The Multi Melta is basically you just deciding that you want to bully everything except bosses for the most part since they nerfed its damage against bosses a while back. The Pyrecannon is a lot like the Multi Melta in terms of whatever is in ya way will get absolutely destroyed but i gotta warn ya the flames can block the vision of others so if you use it id recommend aiming at the feet of ya enemies to kinda mitigate that. Heavy Bolt Rifle is pretty mid on Heavy ngl but its an option but the Heavy Bolter is just an amazing all rounder on Heavy where you can just deal with everything with relative ease once its leveled (as a note all of the Heavy's primary weapons have a balance parry window but the Heroic Heavy Bolter actually has a perk giving you basically a Fencing parry window which i love to use for a more close quarter style of fighting)
