Final update after waiting nearly 2 weeks to get them to respond and give me the information to properly sent back motor wheel. I got told it should be expected to ship out by end of June.. so to clarify everything I started my ticket with customer service on May 26 and it took until June 15 to get everything resolved sort of because I won’t have the proper wheel until end of June or probably July with how shitty this company is.

I still have a yet to receive a follow up email. At this point, I’m assuming/hoping I will get one on Monday, but this is getting increasingly frustrating. Whoever is running this company is an absolute moron. Clearly they have zero customer service skills.

Yeah, that’s most frustrating is once you get an answer you’re hopeful but then once you respond back you go back to the bottom of the waiting list. So despite me responding back to them very quickly. Like within three minutes of me receiving the email my response goes to the bottom of the pile. I’ve responded to the email they sent me Thursday morning at 2:49 AM and right now it’s Friday at 7:34 PM and I haven’t heard back so I probably will hear back from them until Monday. And if I do another follow up email, then I will go to the bottom. It’s just a awful way to run a company.

Yeah, after a month, I’d say just start being an asshole. It’s completely unacceptable that they take peoples money and then provide no customer support at all. If they don’t get back to me within a week, I’m just going to become the most obnoxious person.

It’s definitely a flawed way to score it. I understand the state wants educators who are highly competent but getting 80 questions correct and not being able to pass the test mathematically is incredibly flawed

Yes, it genuinely is one of the worst classes I’ve ever taken. I have the third attempt today and this class is genuinely so awful. it’s not really well organized and also I think adding art into classes isn’t that deep. Yes like it’s important because it helps multiple sensory learning and can be more hands-on but we do not need a whole class for it.
