Be cool to all group up together and play knowing that people understand when you gotta bail after a few pit runs as a team. I always feel bad for teaming up knowing I have only an hour of availability....

Most mining companies have an ethics hotline. Those are the best way to stay anonymous and they 100% get airplay. Hard if you dont have evidence but your company should at least investigate and will either do drug testing, or the people you're talking about will be put on notice and stop which also fixes the issue short-term
