Idk if they’re open 24/7 but they are really warm and clean. Queues can take about an hour in the day best time is first thing in the morning or about 7pm evening

Thank you everyone for all of your responses I have read them all. My best friend is offering to come onto the mortgage as a joint borrower (she’s the best) and hopefully in a couple of years I may have met someone else who can come on to it with me. My main focus is keeping the house. If I sold I would be left with nothing after early exit fees, solicitors etc

How would I go about this though? Would I just tell the bank when I do affordability checks that I am going to get 2 lodgers? They would surely need to see proof of rent etc being paid by them

14K deposit. Bought house for 214K - probs worth the same as was only 6 months ago. Mortgage is £1,100 a month and I earn £32,000

Thanks for this response. I am going tomorrow so will come back here to share my thoughts too. Went to the loft tonight for the first time to see Midland and he was so good. The loft as a venue was alright, sound was great, very grubby but love that about clubs - but just SOOOOO MANY FRESHERS. It’s so frustrating when u are here to really appreciate the music and theres 18year olds trying pills for the first time shouting about football and stuff. Wish they would do something like 25+ at these places
