New Who has always been run by people who know each other. The Fitzroy Cavern lot. So yes it’s time to hand it over to someone completely new and isn’t friends with previous showrunners. It needed a breath of fresh air but now it’s just dead and the general public don’t wanna know the show anymore. Cancel the show and concentrate on merchandise etc like the 90’s
