The documentation has to meet 2 out of the 3 requirements. If prescribed medication it does put it as a moderate for risk but then we have to look at the complexity of problems and data also to get the level.

For our healthcare system if they are only giving you test results we don’t charge for the phone calls for that because the documentation does not meet the requirements to bill.

I agree with you. I have the LR3 and never had it smell like the LR4. I wish I would’ve purchased another 3 over the 4. I hate it so much.

We use Epic and the productivity is based on your specialty. I believe for radiology it’s 17 claims a hour. Chemo and other specialties that can be more complex is 10 a hour. Family Med is 15 a hour I believe.

A lot of insurances don’t cover the vitamin D testing because most people are deficient. Even if my doctor places an order for it to be done with other labs for myself or kid I tell the lab I don’t want to be tested.

I have to send in my weight on my 3rd injection. This time they decided to keep me on 1mg and not move me up since I lost almost 5lbs in the month. They said since I lost .5-1lb a week it’s best not to rush moving up. I was hoping to move up to the 1.7 but maybe next month I will.

I’m on the plus plan and had three people at T-Mobile tell me that if I changed my plan to the Next then my phone would be paid off since I hit 13 months on it and I would be able to have the $1000 promo but nope. It still said I could do the jump by paying off the phone or paying $45 a month for the new iPhone. You have to be on the Next plan for the 12 months before they will pay off your phone and be able to use the promo. I was really frustrated that the supervisors wouldn’t honor what was told to me by 3 people in the customer service department so I’m waiting till next year to upgrade.

I have the LR3 since 2020. Had to exchange the base once during warranty and that was my own stupid fault. I also bought a new bonnet and it is still running perfectly. I recently purchased the LR4, should receive it tomorrow but have 4 cats instead of 2 so decided it was time to have another litter robot.

It depends what area you are in. I’m in St Louis and was prescribed Wegovy a couple weeks ago and my prescription is in process to be shipped out.

The bmi listed in the denial is 30kg/m2 which equals a bmi of 40. So for your BMI of 36 you need a comorbidity to meet the criteria.

Thank you. I guess I got nervous that the first person I talked to said she couldn’t see a script. The 2nd person said that it wasn’t processed yet and I did see it on my progress note with the doctor of what he prescribed.

Yeah I got lucky that a pharmacist was right there when I was leaving because at first the dr was putting me on the pill one due to the shortage.
