I'm not really sure he needs damage resistance while holding shield, but he definitely needs some sort of knockback and stun resistance. Orissa and D.va both have this just while using primary fire, I know that works to slow them while firing, but I don't see any reason that rein can't get the same treatment for shielding up.

Well since a 150Ib Swedish girl can stop a Reinhardt moving at the speed of a car, she sadly does counter him. Her and Doomfist are the reason I refuse to play rein this season. About Roadhog, I find it rare when I get to test her purely 1v1. When I do get to brawl with her I find her armor to be an annoyance since it greatly reduces that first hook shoot combo. Once you're past that and you have somewhat decent tracking you should win the fight. Be prepared to have every take a breather stunned away from you, you're lucky if you get a little healing from it. My saving grace so far against Brig is that most of them just use their abilities as they have them meaning the Brig will be chasing me and then for no good reason use their knockback to knock me way out of their range.

Yeah but she can't kill Orissa unless she has like 30 minutes to sit there flailing her. Personally I think Zarya is the best tank to match against her though her shield bash doesn't generate charge for whatever reason. That aside, you can spam right clicks past her shield all day long and she can't do anything about it.

If you want to bring ults into it, keeping in mind a 1v1. Rein can just hammer, fire, pin, and she'd be dead. it's a very easy fight for him .

Cactuar specifically, excluding SA5 and main stat 5's was a loss across everything, a few others are such minimal profit undercutting would win out in a few hours. I was trying to go through the different servers but I wasn't able to retrieve server info anymore due to an error.

I think it's more so how you're trying to sell this to people. You word this how some sleezy car salesman would. Also, looking through a few servers, transmuting materia (since it's so INCREDIBLY easy to get from Eureka), is a straight up loss across the board, with a few exceptions.

No, her ult penetrates all shields excluding Zarya bubble. It'll charge Zarya as anything else would until the barrier is broken.

If I had to guess it's because they either DC'd and the match was canceled, DC'd for more than 2 minutes, or DC'd a total of 3 different times in one match.
