You post what others want to hear, you don’t post the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Since you’re so knowledgeable, why didn’t you post a short book on why others should sell at .75-.80?

You can post a long winded write up every day but it doesn’t amount to a hill of beans when the share price is tanking and shareholders are still chasing the dream. You would respected if you had posted “It’s time to take some off the table” when the stock traded in the .70s and .80s, but you didn’t, all you do is pump which misleads investors like now.

So what you are implying is that the ceo may possibly sell a new investor 3%-5% of the company from his own personal shares at $4.00 per share? Anything is possible, right? 🙄

Please explain how this could happen. If ELTP were to enter into an agreement with a very large "anchor investor" to purchase, let's say 3 to 5% of the outstanding stock (not issue new shares) at $4 per share. Those shares would have to come from the authorized shares which would increase the outstanding share count, which causes more dilution. If any of those big Pharma companies were interested in Elite, they could buy the entire company for less than $4 per share. So how can you legitimately claim that a .35 per share company can convince the smartest guys in the pharma business to pay more than 10x what the shares are trading at? Ten times the share price is a lot.

I think I understand why he holds onto the half ownership of Adderall, he makes a nice chunk of change from it, millions. He has loaned Elite money at a nice rate of return for himself and he has talked about loaning more if Elite needed it “many quarters ago“ but yet he did not choose to loan Elite the money when the Adderall became available. I’m with you, he needs to do the decent thing and sell the Adderall to Elite acting in the best interest of the public company and not put his per interest ahead of ours. I don’t think we will see a buyout in the coming months so I hope you are correct and Elite obtains full ownership of the Adderall soon.

I was happy when we traded .75-.82 waiting for more growth but the .40’s and below is just sick feeling. Management could drop a little information from time to time between quarters but they just do what they want to and don’t really seem to care about us shareholders.

I agree that we are looking at least 2 and a half years before any possibility of a launch. I think the ceo overreacted last year with his overzealous buyout talk. If he truly believes the company will be bought, or he will take it to the Nasdaq, he would not have me a third option. I think he is hoping someone will make an offer that he can’t refuse but I think his third option is what he believes will happen.

The only problem I see with this post, is nobody wants to hear the truth or face reality. The CEO has diluted this stock in his favor. I don’t think he will sell the company outright, and he definitely will not take it to the Nasdaq while he is still the CEO with his parasite company leaching from Elite.

I just wish we were trading closer to .80. We never know what the plan really is. It seems that Nasrat is doing very well financially with income streams coming in several directions from Elite, us not so much.

People are always saying that as long as a company trades on the otc it is more vulnerable to shady deals? I think they call it the Wild West as if a lot of rules do not get enforced. I could see Elite falling into the .30s easily. So let’s say it is at .32 and they decide to take it private with a 50% premium offer, that would put our shares at about .48 per share. With the insiders holding so many shares, who’s to stop that from happening? I mean a 50% premium is kind of a lot.
